Today we have finished 2*40HQ container delivery for a clean room project in Latvia. This is the second order from our client who are planning to build a new clean room at the beginning of 2025. The whole clean room is only a big room located in a high warehouse, so the client needs to build the steel structure by themselves to suspend ceiling panels. This ISO 7 clean room has single person air shower and cargo air shower as entrance and exit. With the existing of central air conditioner to provide cooling and heating capacity in the whole warehouse, our FFUs can supply the same air condition into clean room. The quantity of FFUs are doubled because it is 100% fresh air and 100% exhaust air in order to have unidirectional laminar flow. We don't need to use AHU in this solution which extremely save much cost. The quantity of LED panel lights are larger than normal situation because the client require lower color temperature for LED panel lights.
