Today we quickly delivered 1*40HQ container for a clean room project in Switzerland. It is very simple layout including a ante room and a main clean room. The persons enter/exit clean room via a set of single person air shower and the material enter/exit clean room via a set of cargo air shower, so we can see its persons and material flow are separated to avoid cross contamination.
Considering the client doesn't have temperature and relative humidity requirement, we directly use FFUs to achieve ISO 7 air cleanliness and LED panel lights to achieve enough lighting intense. We provide detailed design drawings and even power distibution box diagram as reference because it already has power distribution box on site.
It is very normal 50mm handmade PU clean room wall and ceiling panels in this clean room project. Especially, the client prefer dark green for its air shower door and emergency door.
