The negative pressure weighing booth, also called sampling booth and dispensing booth, is a special local clean equipment used in pharmaceutical, microbiological research and scientific experiments. It provides a vertical one-way air flow. Some clean air circulates in work area, and some is exhausted to nearby areas, creating negative pressure in work area. Weighing and dispensing dust and reagents in equipment can control the spillage and rising of dust and reagents, prevent the inhalation harm of dust and reagents to the human body, avoid cross-contamination of dust and reagents, and protect the safety of the external environment and indoor personnel.

Modular structure

The negative pressure weighing booth is composed of 3 levels of air filters, flow equalization membranes, fans, 304 stainless steel structural systems, electrical systems, automatic control systems, filter pressure detection systems, etc.

Working principle

The air in weighing booth passes through the primary filter and the medium filter, and is pressed into the static pressure box by centrifugal fan. After passing through hepa filter, the airflow is diffused to the air outlet surface and blown out, forming a vertical one-way airflow to protect the operator and prevent drug contamination. The operating area of the weighing cover exhausts 10%-15% of the circulating air and maintains a negative pressure state to avoid environmental pollution and cross-contamination of drugs.
