Today we have finished the delivery of a set of stainless steel double person air shower to Latvia. The requirements are completely followed after production such as technical parameter, entrance/exit label, etc. We also did successful commissioning before wooden case package.
This air shower will be used for laboratory R&D center after 50 days by sea. The blowing area has respectively 9 stainless steel nozzles at left and right side and the sunction area has respectively 1 return air grill at left and right side, so it is self-cleaning air circulation for the whole set. The air shower is also acted as air lock to prevent cross containmination in between outdoor environment and indoor clean room.
When the air shower is put into position after installation, the on-site power supply AC380V, 3 phase, 50Hz should be connected with reserved power port on the top surface of air shower. When people enter into air shower, the photoelectric sensor will make sense to start its showering function after the air shower is power on. The intelligent LCD control panel is English display with English voice during operation. The showering time 0~99s can be set and adjustable. The air velocity is at least 25m/s to extremely remove dust from people's body in order to avoid the dust particle having pollution on clean room.
Actually, this air shower is only a sample order. At the beginning, we discussed long time for the clean room which was at the planning schedule. Finally, the client would like to purchase a set of air shower to have a look and then maybe he will order the clean room from us in the future. Looking forward to further cooperation!
