We got a new order of a set of biosafety cabinet to the Netherlands one month ago. Now we have completely finished production and package and we are ready for delivery. This biosafety cabinet is completely customized based on the laboratory equipment size used inside working area. We reserve 2 European sockets as the client's requirement, so the laboratory equipment can be power on after plug into the sockets.
We would like to introduce more features here about our biosafety cabinet. It is Class II B2 biosafety cabinet and it is 100% supply air and 100% exhaust air to outdoor environment. It is equipped with LCD screen to display temperature, airflow velcoity, filter service life, etc and we can adjust the parameters setting and password modification to avoid malfunction. The ULPA filters are provided to achieve ISO 4 air cleanliness in its working area. It is equipped with filter failure, breakage and blocking alarm technology and also has fan overload alarm warning. The standard opening height range is from 160mm to 200mm for the front sliding window and it will alarm if the opening height is over its range. The sliding window has opening height limit alarm system and interlocking system with UV lamp. When the sliding window is opened, the UV lamp is off and the fan and lighting lamp is on at the same time. When the sliding window is closed, the fan and lighting lamp is off at the same time. The UV lamp has reserved timing function. It is 10 degree tilt design, meet with ergonomics requirement and more comfortable for operator.
Before package, we have tested its each function and parameter such as air cleanliness, air velocity, lighting intense, noise, etc. All of them are qualified. We believe our client will like this equipment and it will definitely can protect the safey of the operator and outdoor environment!
