Today we have completely finished the production of 2 sets of dust collector which will be delivered to EI Salvador and Singapore successively. They are the same size but the difference is the power supply of powder coated dust collector is customized AC220V, 3 phase, 60Hz while the power supply of stainless steel dust collector is standard AC380V, 3 phase, 50Hz.
The order to EI Salvador is actually a dedusting system. This powder coated dust collector also match with spare 4 pieces of filter cartridges and 2 peces of collection arms. The collection arms are suspended from the ceilings and they are used to suck dust particle produced by on-site manufacturing machinery. The client would provide air ducting system themselves to connect with collection arms and dust collector. Finally, the dust particle would be exhasuted outside via termal air ducts.
The order to Singapore is an individul unit used in class 8 food clean room and they would provide air ducting system by themselves, too. The full SUS304 case would be more rustproof than the powder coated one.
