1. Check the drawings
The normal design drawings of the clean room engineering company must comply with construction standards. Check whether the actual construction is consistent with the signed design drawings, including the location and number of fans, hepa boxes, return air outlets, lighting and ultraviolet rays, etc.
2. Equipment operation inspection
Turn on all fans and check whether the fans are operating normally, whether the noise is too loud, whether the current is overloaded, whether the fan air volume is normal, etc.
3. Air shower inspection
The anemometer is used to measure whether the air velocity in air shower meets national standards.
4. Efficient hepa box leak detection
The dust particle counter is used to detect whether the hepa box seal is qualified. If there are gaps, the number of particles will exceed the standard.
5. Mezzanine inspection
Check the hygiene and cleanliness of the mezzanine, the insulation of wires and pipes, and the sealing of pipes, etc.
6. Cleanliness level
Use a dust particle counter to measure and check whether the cleanliness level specified in contract can be achieved.
7. Temperature and humidity detection
Measure the temperature and humidity of the clean room to see if it meets the design standards.
8. Positive pressure detection
Check whether the pressure difference in each room and the external pressure difference meet the design requirements.
9. Detection of the number of air microorganisms by sedimentation method
Use the sedimentation method to detect the number of microorganisms in air to determine whether sterility can be achieved.
10. Clean room panel inspection
Whether the clean room panel is installed firmly, whether the splicing is tight, and whether the clean room panel and ground treatment are qualified. Whether the clean room project meets the standards needs to be monitored at all stages. Especially some hidden projects to ensure the quality of the project.
