Pass box can be divided into static pass box, dynamic pass box and air shower pass box according to their working principles. Static pass box doesn't have hepa filter and it is usually used in between the same cleanliness level clean room while dynamic pass box has hepa filter and centrifugul fan and it is usually used in between clean room and non-clean room or higher and lower cleanliness level clean room. Various kinds of pass boxes with different size and shape can be made according to actual requirements such as L-shaped pass box, stacked pass box, double door pass box, 3 door pass box, etc. Optional accessories: interphone, lighting lamp, UV lamp and other related functional accessories. Using EVA sealing material, with high sealing performance. Both sides of the doors are equipped with mechanical interlock or electronic interlock to ensure both sides of the doors cannot be opened at the same time. The magnetic lock can be also matched to keep door closed in case of power failure. The working surface of short-distance pass box is made of stainless steel plate, which is flat, smooth, and wear-resistant. The working surface of long-distance pass box adopts a roller conveyor, making it easy and convenient to transfer items.
