Laminar flow cabinet is also called clean bench, which has good effect in improving process condition and enhancing product quality and finished products rate. The case is made of 1.2mm cold rolled steel plate via folding, welding, assembly, etc. Its internal and external surface is powder coated after handled by anti-rust, and its SUS304 work table is assembled after being folded. The UV lamp and lighting lamp are its normal configuration. The socket can be installed in working area to plug into power supply for used device. The fan system can adjust air volume by 3 gear high-medium-low touch button to achieve uniform air velocity at ideal status. The bottom universal wheel make it easier to move and position. The placement of clean bench in cleanroom needs to be analysed and chosen very carefully.
