Short Description:

Standalone cartridge dust collector is a kind of clean equipment which has small volume and high dedusting efficiency and can collect and handling dust in place to effectively ensure air cleanliness. It is compromised of dedusting case, centrifugal fan, filter cartridge, dust catcher and microcomputer controller. The explosion-proof function is optional according to on-site situation. The dust particle is inhalated into internal dedusting case via dedusting duct by negative pressure centrifugal fan. Due to gravity and upstream, firstly the coarse dust particle is primarily filtered by filter cartridge and directly fall into dust catcher while thin dust particle is collected on external surface by filter cartridge. Dusty air is filtered, resolved and purifier and exhausted into clean room by centrifugal fan.

Product Description

Standalone cartridge dust collector is suitable to all kinds of individual dust-producing point and multi-position central dedusting system. The dusty air enter internal case via air inlet or via opening flange into cartridge chamber. Then air is purifier in dedusting chamber and exhausted into clean room by centrifugal fan. The thin dust particle is concentrated on filter surface and keep on increasing constantly. This would cause unit resistance to increase at the same time. In order to keep unit resistance under 1000Pa and make sure unit can go on working, should regularly clear away dust particle on cartridge filter surface. Dust clearing is motorized by procedure controller to regularly start pulse valve to blow out inside 0.5-0.7Mpa compressed air(called once air) through blowing hole. This would lead to several-time surrounding air(called twice air) enter filter cartridge to rapidly expand in a moment and finally dust particle shake off with the air backward reaction to clear away dust particle.
