Product Description
Handmade rockwool sandwich panel is the most normal partition wall panel in clean room industry due to its excellent fireproof, heat insulated, noise reduction performance, etc. It’s made of powder coated steel sheet as the surface layer, structural rock wool as the core layer, with surrounded galvanized steel keel and special adhesive composite. The main component for rockwool is basalt, a kind of non-flammable fluffy short fine fiber, made of natural rock and mineral substance, etc. It is processed via a series of procedures such as heating, pressing, glue curing, reinforcement, etc. Further more, it can be blocked at four sides and reinforced by mechanical pressing plate, so that the panel surface is more flat and higher strength. Sometimes, the reinforcing ribs are added inisde rock wool to make sure more strength. Compared to machine-made rock wool panel, it has higher stability and better installation effect. Additionally, PVC wiring conduit can be embedded into rock wool wall panel to install switch, socket, etc in the future. The most popular color is grey white RAL 9002 and the other color in RAL also can be customized such as ivory white, sea blue, pea green, etc. Actually, non-standard panels of various specifications are available according to design requirements.

The size of each panel is marked in label and the quantity of each panel stack is marked, too. The wooden tray is put at the bottom to support clean room panels. It is wrapped with protective foam and film and even have thin aluminum sheet to cover its edge. Our experienced labors can work efficiently to load all items into containers. We will prepare air bag in the middle of 2 stacks of clean room panels and use tension ropes to strengthen some packages to avoid crash during transportation.
