The handmade sandwich panel surface is more flat and higher strength than machine-made sandwich panel. The concealed "+" shaped aluminum profile are usually to supend hollow magnesium ceiling panels which is walkable and can be loadbearing for 2 persons each square meter. The related hanger fittings are needed and it is usually 1m space in between 2 pieces of hanger point. In order to make sure successful installation, we recommend to reserve at least 1.2m above cleanroom ceiling panels for air ducting, etc. The opening can be made to install different components such as light, hepa filter, air conditioner, etc. Considering this kind of cleanroom panels are quite heavy that we should reduce weight load for beams and roofs, so we recommend to use 3m height at most in cleanroom application.
