Pass box is a kind of auxiliary equipment for the clean room, mainly used to transfer small items between clean areas and between clean areas and non-clean areas, so as to reduce the number of times the clean room door is opened, reduce the degree of pollution to the clean room, effectively prevent cross contamination, and is equipped with an electronic interlocking device. The difference between static pass box and dynamic pass box is that dynamic pass box can remove dust carried on the goods; for places where the cleanliness level requirements are not very high, static pass box can be used, and for clean workshops with high requirements such as food workshops, dynamic pass box is recommended.

Pass box is used to block the air flow to clean room when transferring materials and to purify the materials entering clean room, so as to minimize the environmental pollution of the clean room caused by the dust brought into clean room by the materials. It is installed between clean area and non-clean area or between different levels in clean area as air lock for materials to enter and exit clean room. It is mainly used in semiconductors, liquid crystal displays, optoelectronics, precision instruments, chemistry, biomedicine, hospitals, food, research institutes, universities, aerospace, automobiles, coating, printing and other fields.

Product Features

1. Double-layer hollow glass door, embedded flat angle door (beautiful and dust-free), internal arc corner design, dust-free and easy to clean.

4. The electronic interlock door is a component of the pass box. When one door is opened, the other door cannot be opened. The main function of this is to better remove dust and sterilize the items passed through.
