GMP Clean Room Swing Door

The clean room swing door is processed via a series of strict procedures such as folding, pressing and glue curing, powder injection, etc. Usually powder coated galvanized(PCGI) steel sheet is usually used for door materail. Sometimes, the stainless steel and HPL sheet are required. The clean room swing door adopts 50mm thickness door leaf  filled with paper honeycomb or rock wool to increase door leaf strength and fire prevention performance. The most normal usage is to connect with 50mm handmade sandwich wall panel by "+" shaped alumnium profile, so that double side of wall panel and door surface are completely flush to meet with GMP standard. The door frame thickness can be customized to be the same as site wall thickness, so that door frame can suit with different wall material and wall thickness by double-clip connection method which result in one side is flush and the other side is uneven. The normal view window is 400*600mm and special size can be customized as required. There are 3 kinds of view window shape including square, round, external square and internal round as option. With or without view window is available as well. The high-quality hardware are matched to ensure its long service life. The stainless steel door lock is durable and meet with cleanroom regulation. The stainless steel hinge can strengthen bearing capacity with 2 pieces at top and 1 piece at bottom. The surrounded three-side seal strip and bottom seal can ensure its excellent airtightness. Additionally, some extra fittings can be provided such as door closer, door opener, interlock device, stainless steel band, etc. The push bar can be matched for clean room emergency door if needed.
